Here my answer is WordPress. I Said this from my experience because I started blogging with BlogSpot and later moved to WordPress.org .

are the limitation in blogger and the big part is that no other paths
to extend them as per your need. you can do on blogger with use of tools
which are provided by Google.
In WordPress, You can extend or add new feature as your requirement on your website because its an open source software.
There
are also plenty of themes, widgets, and more than 45,000 plugins and
add-ons that allow you to add new features and extend functionality on
your website ’s. Most are free to use.
All this without needing to know how to code and web design. Simply install and activate.
WordPress
has a strong community with millions of users ranging from newbies to
experts, and users can get a lot of help in community discussion boards
and forums.
It allows users to customize the titles, descriptions, and permalinks of pages and posts to be more SEO friendly.
